I lived there for 12 months, had nothing but horrible service from the maintenance men, one called the police on me for telling him to remove the water heater from our rear fire exit stairs after it was there for two weeks. I was barred from the office for confronting the front desk workers for charging us $50 for not picking up SOMEONE else’s dog poop. RecommendedLived here from 2009 to 2011. Moved back in Fall 2017 and getting ready sign our 4h lease. I've lived in 2 bedroom and then upgraded to a 3 bedroom which we absolutely LOVE. Maintenance team is great, very responsive and always does the job right. Office staff is great as well... All 3 ladies are always there to help you the best they can.

I love living at heathwood. Tammy, Ashley, and Lehana are always so helpful and understanding. Any questions or concerns I have are always answered immediately. Maintenance is very prompt on getting anything and everything that happens fixed. I love my apartment and all the amenities the complex offers. I recommend heathwood to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
