Dirty smelly room and patient un-attended to. The patient needs help in opening her tray of food, they just drop it on the table and walk out. If she is sleeping, they just leave it till the next meal tray comes. The room was dirty, her bedding was dirty, she was laying in food from the night before that was dropped, the sheet had a hole in itt by her head. No clean linen to wipe her down with,the room has extra wheel chairs being left in it. Not a place I would even take a dying animal! Her bed was so high up, she slipped d... read more

Was this senior care facility clean? It could have used some cleaning Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they definitely weren't clean

Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
