They were horrible, especially Connie. We lived at a property for nine months. We did not damage anything. We cleaned the place thoroughly before we vacated. All rent was paid. Connie kept our entire $1,400 deposit, and charged us another $700 something. She sent a letter to me listing a bunch of ridiculous charges. She lied about what day we vacated and charged pro-rated rent for days we were not there. She knew we were not there. This was a couple years ago. I was apprehensive to go through this property management company because of all the sub par reviews written about them. Then a gorgeous property became available that I couldn't pass on no matter how bad someone elses experience was. So, I called and booked a showing with the property manager to my surprise she was a very nice and caring person so I gave her the benefit of the doubt filled out the application and turned it in; a week passed and still no call so I called her and she answered having me come down that day to s... read more
I can't say for others but I have done business with them for years and they have been outstanding. I started off as a tenant with them and eventually bought a home to invest with as a rental. The customer service is great and Connie is a wonderful woman who goes the extra mile for her clients. Thanks for a great 10 years Heartstone

Heartstone is a great company. Their staff is awesome!! They always took care of any issues right away. Wouldn't work with any other company if given a choice.
