My experience wasn't very good. My plan is to rent for another 2 years and then buy something. Tawnie showed us a property and then basically ghosted us while we were waiting on a determination from the owner on our pet, which is an 8lb, front-declawed cat. The most innocuous pet on the planet. Once we received your application we contacted the Owner for approval of your Cat. We were still waiting to hear back from the Owner when you contacted us letting us know you were moving forward with a different property not managed by us. I have been with Heartstone for over 10 years and have been nothing but impressed with them! The team goes above and beyond for me and my properties which I extremely appreciate! It's disheartening to see most of the complaints on here are disgruntled tenants who didn't get their way. Keep up the good work Heartstone!

We have really enjoyed living here, and the office personnel have always been so great to work with.
We have used Heartstone for all 3 of our properties over the past decade and have been very happy with the service provided. Connie is very personable and is able to get more money for our rentals than we are alone. She is great at mediating tenant issues and collecting on unpaid rent. It is great to have her in your corner if you are looking for a property rental company! We highly recommend Heartstone to anyone looking for a property management company!
I have worked with Heartstone Properties for years. They manage two of my homes and I have no complaints. I often travel out of the country and feel secure knowing that Connie will handle any possible issues that may come up with my properties just fine.
