Amazing technicians who truly care and will work to fix the problem. Highly recommend after having experience with other pest companies in the past.
I called to schedule an appointment and I asked them to text or email me instead of calling me. The customer service rep was unfriendly during the whole conversation and she hung up on me. I called back and she did not pick up. I emailed corporate office and no reply.
I recently made the decision to cancel their 5-star service when they doubled their monthly fee, from $35 in March to $70 in April. I can understand an increase, since it had been some time since they'd raised their prices and because of inflationary costs. But double? I couldn't justify the service anymore. Instead, I invested in a DIY system from Home Depot and so far, it's been well worth my time and $$.
