My friend was admitted to this ProMedica center for rehab. The PT staff was exceptional, Most of the nursing staff on the day shift was exceptional, Stella I will mention by name. The evening staff and night staff were terrible, were not available when needed, never answered the phone and my friend said he saw and heard them in the hallways lottering around.
