I have had a great experience refinancing my home with Heartland. They got me a lower rate and cost at closing then what i was quoted in the beginning. They really are looking out to save me the most money.

I contacted Heartland Home Mortgage several months ago to get information on a refinance of my home. I was put in contact with Mr. Alex O******. Alex is the very best in this field. He explored every possible option. He went way above and beyond. Helping us accomplish our goal to refinance our mortgage. I don't think there is anyone else who would have put in the time and effort to accomplish this results. I could go on and on, He is the best.

Alex worked very hard to make sure our loan was handle in the best way possible. We are self employed and that makes it difficult to get a loan but Alex went over and above to make the process a positive one.

We worked with Alex, he was a very nice loan officer. He told me he would get my loan closed fast and that's what happened also we got to close at the destination we wanted. We ended up getting the value we needed. Being a disabled veteran he also directed me to what I needed to do, to not have to pay taxes on my house.
