My wife and I were wondering about changing our mortgage to a VA REFI. went online first to shop the web . Tried some local companies with no real luck on what we felt was" our "lender. Then we contact Alex at Heartland Home Mortgage, we send him some personal info and discuss other wishes we had. Brett is one of the greatest guys around. He's very knowledgeable, caring and patient. I started this process almost two years ago and my credit just still wasn't where it needed to be. Never once did I feel taken advantage of, especially being a first time home buyer. I've worked with Joe Collins twice to refinance my condo. He always found the best option for me. He looked out for my best interest, always explained everything in detail and was very patient when I had questions. The first refinance, I was on a business trip and he arranged for the closing to be at the hotel I was staying in after my meetings. He is personable, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a professional with personality.
