I’m being seen at heartland on Armstrong because I am pregnant. This office has hung up on me once before and on top of It I’ve had my dead baby in me for 5 weeks now and no one will call me about doing a d&c surgery. I’ve called them about calling me and still no one has called. The staff here should be ashamed of themselves!
I never have any problems at the Garden Street location. All the staff are super nice! Dr. Kosica is very smart and very caring!!
Second time have been turned away in two months,because no one there to see me. This is the Garden Street location. Why can’t you at least put it on social media that they are not accepting walk ins so patients don’t waste there time going to that location. I believe it is not that much to ask. When a person does not feel well they should not have to run all over the place to fit Heartlands schedule.
Staff very courteous n helpful.
They always overbook patients and you end up waiting for an hour before you can even see a nurse. Overbooking is common practice and they do not care if you are inconvenienced by this.
