I absolutely do not recommend, after having my procedure cancelled twice sighting a "prior authorization" was needed for birth control. This is after me verifying with my insurance that this was not the case as the inner arm implant was FDA-approved/100% covered. Absolutely the worst place to work for!! I got hired in during covid as an enrollment social worker, they provided ZERO training and then fired me 3 weeks later. Absolutely the worst, unprofessional place I have ever worked in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. BEWARE

I cant stand this office. i go to the armstrong ob clinic and have had nothing but problems. the "doctors" there do the bare minimum, if I have questions I call and get told ill get a call back, when i finally get a call back (sometimes days later) they dont answer any of my questions they just send me to the hospital. my dr recently canceled my appt because they called in sick, when i tried to reschedule they said they didnt have any openings for a few weeks and would call me if anyone canceled (I'm 32 weeks pregnant). staff sucks they'll leave you in a room for hours while they play in the hallway.....but if your 5 mins late they wont see
Feeling sad that it is such a struggle to get a referral accomplished through Heartland. Three weeks into a simple but very important referral. The doctors office said last month another pt went through the same ordeal with Heartland and it took a month. WHY?
the Pekin, il location is exceptional. Julie her scribe the nurses all the way to the lady who checks you in. I recently lost my son at 32 weeks born sleeping. they have done nothing but give so much love to me from the first moment we all met. I will forever be grateful for all the kindness and compassion shown to me in the hardest time of my life. I would recommend them over and over again to everyone.
