Very poor communication. Appointments cancelled many times. A few times when we were just driving into the parking lot. Therapist talked more about herself than helping with our issues.
Cyndy wasted everyone's time by scheduling my son for psychological testing at the wrong location. Then when I called to confirm the appointment after she ignored my emails, I find out that she was majorly confused and booked me at the pella office instead of the west des moines office. Then she tells me of course testing is not offered in west des moines. This all happened because I had left a message with the west des moines office. I just finished doing two years of therapy with Stephana Patterson. There are no words for how amazing Stephana is. I was so uncertain about doing therapy when I first started, and she was so gentle, kind, and understanding. It only took me a couple weeks to start looking forward to our sessions, and to feel comfortable enough to make myself at home in her office. Had excellent service up until this last week since they’ve been switching over to Precision Psychiatry. Have been extremely difficult to get a hold of! I’ve always been told “if you need anything make sure you call” When I call them I was told I need to be seen in the office, witch is fine but since they’re switching everything over it’s going to be a freaking month and a half until I can be seen. Very disappointing to say the least!!
Stalin is one of the best. Love how he is able to relate and talk in an honest and real light while also understanding scripture and helping us better understand how everything ties together! Highly recommend him!
