The entire staff at Heartland are exceptional. My dog Max LOVES going there even if he has an issue. Last weeks visit for a broken nail didn't stop him from wanting to see everyone and visit all dogs. It's always entertaining to watch everyone try to regain control of a happy energetic cattle dog. This is the best vet health clinic I have ever worked with. They are caring, sensitive and reasonable in their approaches. I could not recommend them more highly and will never go anywhere else as long as I'm in the Des Moines area. They came highly recommended and they live up to their reputation. My last incident with my one of my dogs happened on Sunday evening. I called and left a message and they returned my call immediately on Monday morning and got him in that day. That is the customer service I value.
We've been taking our dogs to Heartland since 2007 and wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. Our previous dog was a bit high maintenance with allergies and issues with swallowing things so we made many visits. We always felt we were receiving the best care possible. The Pet Care Packages are great to help you save on services you will need anyway. Dr Prescott and the whole team are the best! Thanks!
