We we're in search of clinic after our Vet retired. Based on my research and recommendations from neighbors we chose Heartland. Yesterday my little Doxie had been throwing up. While waiting the little stinker peed on the floor. As a "Why not?" I asked if they could run a sample. Glad I did, he had crystals in his urine and his ph was high. Long story short we got him on meds and the right food. Thank you. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
Truly wonderful and caring group. Always timely in their friendly service and almost fun to have an appointment.
We will always only take our family pets to Heartland. Everyone there goes out of their way to help in a friendly manner. We trust the advice/diagnosis given EVERYtime. Dr. Prescott always takes the time to make certain we understand everything and are comfortable with each step.
The group at Heartland is phenomenal! They are great at answering questions and assisting with the necessary information on caring for my dogs. I'm always greeted in a warm and friendly manner and my dogs love going to see them. Great place and professional staff!
Dr Prescott is very good with the animals. Gives full detail and doesn't leave anything out.
These people are Amazing! My sweet little fur baby needed surgery. They rearranged their schedule to get her in so she didn't have to wait in pain until next week. So very thankful for the love and care they give to these important members of our families. ���
What an amazing experience we had today! Everyone at the clinic is friendly and helpful. Melissa was great and took her time with our scared and skittish dog and Dr. Culver is awesome! Can't say enough about how kind and patient he is. We are so happy we took Tessa to see him.
