I've been taking my pets there for close to 20yrs & the Dr's at Heartland are just as amazing today as they were the first time I visited. The entire staff is so kind. This past visit I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Ashley, I absolutely love her & I'm so grateful how caring she is towards pets & their owners. She gave me many options to consider when I took my dog. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else but Heartland. Thank you!!!
Everyone is so helpful and kind. They know us and our dogs when we walk in the door. This is the best vet service we have ever had!
Haley and Dr Ashley were kind and patient with my stressed and anxious pal, Oliver! One thing I would like to see change is quicker rooming so pets who aren’t used to being around other animals would feel less threatened. Checkout was quick but my kitty was subject to dogs sniffing his carrier and other clients not being sensitive to the fact that Oliver has never been around dogs and is terrified by them! Everyone is very courteous and friendly. Great with my Charlie Brown.
Several employees asked about our German Shepherd, Sadie. Sadie had a mastectomy but 5 months later cancer showed up in her leg. We are keeping here comfortable and loving her fiercely. So comforting for the employees to remember and ask about her.
Always a friendly staff and great with all our dogs. We love Dr Kat!
Dr McCurry and all the staff are very easy to deal with and are very accommodating. My 100lb baby does not like going to the doctor and everyone is very understanding and helpful.
Gracie and Penny love their vet!
