We have had regular check ups, sicknesses, and follow ups with our Malti-poos Princess and Cocoa and our Devon Rex Bandit. EVERY time that we were with Dr. Debbie, Dr. Eric, and Dr. Ashley they took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood what was going on and to answer questions. What a fantastic group of veterinarians and the staff have always been friendly and helpful! Thank you Heartland!!
We took our sweet puppy this morning to see Dr. Debbie for a second opinion for a urinary problem. She as well as the tech were great! They were so passionate about what they do & Dr. Debbie was so knowledgable & I feel more at ease now about our puppy's problem. Thank you! I highly recommend Heartland!
Yesterday was extremely hard for me and my wife. Our dog of 14 years had to be put down. I never thought it would be as difficult a decision as it was. The staff here was more than accommodating with us. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and were very concerned with our well-being as well as our dear bud Buzz. I cannot express how much I miss my dog, but thank you for being there to help us.
All of these Dr.'s are the best very caring and supportive.I have complete trust in this group.If you need a vet try them out I promise you will be very happy.
Attending a conference and staying at the lake. Our chichuhua tried to "fly" and fell down three stairs and hit her head. We were close by and just walked in. What an awesome staff! Zoe was taken and assessed immediately and then a through exam by Dr. Ashley. The care and concern given to us as strangers was the same if we have been regulars for years. Thank you from Zoe and her guardians from Texas!
