Just moved into town and yesterday was my first visit. I was very well pleased with my visit. The staff was friendly and the visit went well all around.
This is the best vet I have ever had, not only are they friendly to myself and my dogs, they also have great prices and don't run unnecessary tests. They are also very accommodating, I work third shift and had an emergency with my yorkie first thing in the morning and they let me bring her right in. I had to leave her at the vet for wound cleaning and sutures. I hadn't slept all day and I fell asleep on my couch, when I woke up it was after 6 and the vet had closed for the weekend. Compassion for my ailing senior lab, that's what I get from Heartland. They treat me and my baby with kindness and respect. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Yes, there are cheaper vets out there but you get what you pay for, I'd rather spend a little extra to get the level of service I get from Dr Eric and the rest of the staff.
The best and only place I take my dogs. Over the years Dr. Eric and the staff have provided nothing but the best service and care. Highly recommended.
