RecommendedEveryone was attentive and helped right away with my emergency. The staff explained everything to me, they were all very courteous and polite. Its hard to find such good vets i trust my babies with and I will definitely be back.
Always thankful for Dr.Eric because he truly cares about our pets and their owners. I believe Sarah is who came to take Bizzy in. She was a joy to talk with. I have been going to Heartland since it opened and have stayed because of the staff that work there. I miss the techs that left,but the ones that are still there are wonderful caring people and I trust them totally with my Samoyeds!
The staff is very friendly and the Dr. takes care of the needs of our pets.
Very caring and wonderful people. They saved my puppy that contracted parvo and surprisingly, it was not expensive!
We had a very sick boy who needed immediate care. Even though we weren’t clients, Heartland fit us in to their very busy schedule. They listened to what we could tell them with compassion and concern. They took Riley in and gave him superb care. They called us with updates on Riley’s condition and treated Riley and us with love. We will be changing Veterinary Practices to Heartland immediately

I really appreciate the efforts you have made to make pet care safer for the humans at this time. Everything was done very efficiently and I had no unanswered questions about my pet's care. If I had not had prior experience and known how wonderful your vets and techs are, I may not have been as comfortable, but I was fully confident in knowing my cat would be in great hands.
Dr. Ashley was very professional and personable. She addressed my concerns and took the time to answer every question. Staff is friendly
Technicians are always so kind and patience as well as the vets and the office staff.
