Is this place still open? If so, why weren't patients notified? I am constantly having a horrible time getting through on the phone. I haven't been able to reach anyone all day. They seem to be secretive, too. No website, no email, no alternate phones or even business hours. I've been seeing this doctor for years, but the reception is absolutely horrible. I'm waiting on prescription renewal approval for a med I take daily and the pharmacy had to give me enough to cover what will hopefully be enough to hear back from the offi... read more
It's difficult to believe that care could be so bad. With a diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis, it took five days to get the office to call in the prescription for an anticoagulant. When I complained (for the patient) to receptionist about this she answered, "Stop hyperventilating, she waited five days and she's fine." I could go on with examples of sub par treatment, but I will simply advise against going to this office.
I can never get anyone on the phone to schedule my son’s appointment!
Doctor Collins has the worst office staff I have encountered since moving to Temecula 7 years ago. Rude, total 'woke' attitude, that is not acceptable. One examlpe, they are still using their old address on Single Oak instead of Technology Drive for this Google entry, even after being in new location for over a month. Doctor Collins your staff is giving you low marks. Clean house!!!
