Medco is incapable of even sendin medication to the correct address after being told THREE times. Unlike Express Scripts it is impossible to have a temporary address. Nothing will be done about shipping refund until the unpaid (not received) has been paid. It is impossible to make paymentt when amount is unknown. Medco will not refill prescription even if life saving. When Medco is contacted the telephone number left is security department which knows nothing about Medco.
