I'm waiting for a call back from the administrator. This place keeps losing doctors and now because they didn't tell anyone my doctor was leaving i can't get an appointment! Tired of wait for 15 to 20 calls ahead of you to speak to someone!
i have been on hold for 1 hour there is no direct line to the office but they will not tell you that
The staff and doctors are professional and courteous. when you call in it is a little bit hard to get anybody on the phone other than that the service is great
Recommended99% are great doctors, plus they don't make you wait any more than 15 minutes for schedualed appointment, . other area doctors make you wait over an hour, and they don't care if you've been without your hormone medicine for more than 2 or 3 months, I'm so glad to be back at heart and family!
