Why did you tell my grandmother to “go to hospice” when she asked about a prescription refill instead of looking at her medical history and explaining to her how prescription refills work?
RecommendedI have been going to this practice for years to see different physicians. Dr.Kirby is one of the most fantastic doctors I’ve ever been to. Patient centered, she listens, and allows you to participate in your health care decisions. Can’t say enough about her.
I'm sure the doctors are quite good... if you can get in to see them.
Most difficult practice to get in touch with. Horrible phone service and lack of personal care. Dr. Towbin is a good guy in the wrong group.
