They don't call you back, apparently they don't have enough time for their patients.
Had a horrible experience. Not on Peacock. Hiloor dr. Patel dirty hair clothes degraded me I gained 8 lbs pushed on my stomach. Refused my dr Bradley RX. Called and complained has not taken a shower a month. Honest. Dr Patel Heart Healthy Hilmore pig for. Dr.
No one ever answers the phone or calls you back after you leave a message. I waited one week and then went in person. Unbelievable!
Terrible place. The only reason I continued to go here was for Dr. Ricketts and she left the practice. Seems like they cant keep any good dr. on staff. I had to reestablish with another dr and had to wait over a month for that appt, then after getting to my appt on time... they told me they couldnt see me because i was late. My appt was moved 15 min up without even letting me know. This place is just another corporate medical office.

Why can't heart and family keep there doctors on staff. Just got another letter saying my heart doctor is leaving. This makes about the fourth doctor that left. Guess I have to find some place else to go
My cardiologist is the best doctor I've ever seen. He's on top of my meds, my care, and goes above and beyond the call of duty with my case which is an odd one. Thank you!
I was treated like family . wonderful staff..thank you.
Every time a Doctor leaves the practice. This organization does not notify the customers of the Doctor. Leaving people like me with out a Primary Doctor. I think I payed for insurance and got no benifitt because of their actions. I think they owe me money.
