My mother was examined for new hearing aids a few weeks ago and it was dicovered that a lot of her hearing loss was caused by massive wax buildup which should have been discovered by her primary doctor. Once the wax was removed at a local Med Express, the assistant at the Summersville office and the audiologist patiently performed a series of tests and fitted my mother with state of the art hearing aids and my mother could clearly hear for the first time in a long time.
