Very patient and thorough
If you are a women from age 70-100, they will price gouge you. This business has no integrity. Everything is fine when they are steeling your money to the tune of six thousand dollars. When you have problems you will not find upper management or corporate offices. I am not sure who runs this business. I have received one phone call in a week. Taking advantage of a 91 year old women with congestive heart failure. Very professional place. When I left their office on behalf of my Mother. The office staff were laughing at me.

Very nice staff, and was explained to very well. Loved my first experience, will have to go again when my hearing aid comes in. So I hope I have the same experience like last time.
I recommend Michael and his team to everyone who has a hearing issue.
