I have been using hearing aids all my life and have gone through so many different audiologists. Dr. Scott and his team are hands down the best I have ever worked with. I remember the first time I tried my new hearing aids I asked Dr. Scott Young what that hum was he smiled and said that’s the air vent. I had never heard that before. They have always been helpful in adjustments to the hearing aids as well as the Bluetooth device. Very knowledgeable in the products. Finally their customer service is top notch.
The hearing evaluation was professionally performed and the results clearly shared. When I explained how lost I felt when I couldn't hear and how isolated I was, they understood and explained options that were available for me. I am extremely grateful!
Cathleen is the best! I have suffered from hearing loss for years, and was told hearing aids would not work for me, but Cathleen explained everything and I am so happy. My quality of life has improved now and I am so greatful!
