RecommendedEven though I had not purchased my Phonax aids there, Dr. Scott took the time to review my hearing chart (from another audiologist) and adjusted them to 100% of their capability and reprogrammed them as well. I now hear better than ever, and with very natural sounds. And all this for no charge! Yes, I will be back, and you should give them a try when you need testing or trying new instruments. No, I am not receiving any compensation for this review.
I purchased my hearing aids from them over 4 years ago. I always get excellent support and advice from both doctors whenever I have any issues, which is seldom. I really like my current aids and will definitely get any replacements from them whenever the need arises.
We had our first visit with Dr. Simeo. The office staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. Simeo explained everything very thoroughly. My hearing aids were ordered and came in just a few days. We appreciate how we were treated and made to feel comfortable in the office. Thank you to everyone for a job well done!
Had my first visit with Dr. Cathleen Simeo yesterday. First, the front office staff was very friendly and kind and answered any questions I had. Dr. Simeo was very friendly, personable and detailed in her work. Going to an Audiologist is a new thing for me (but very needed) and I came away with a complete understanding of the testing I had done. I highly recommend Dr. Simeo and her staff!!
