Lost significant hearing when young due to loud music.Tried hearing aids a few years back unsuccessfully with another provider. Recently went in to see Lonnie to see what he had to offer as my three year old granddaughter is learning to talk and she don't like repeating herself. He fit me with the audibel platinum at his recommendation and I never looked back-this time it's a go. He even worked with me on a payment plan. Thanks Lonnie and team!
