Hearing aids are hard to shop for due to range of styles and prices, however Lonnie makes the process much easier because he takes time to get to know me, my hearing abilities/challenges, and details of my life style and profession. With this information in hand, Lonnie was able to help me find aids that best fit my needs and I am happy with. Lonnie and staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My 12 year old son even commented how nice this staff is; especially Lonnie on his first visit with me here.
Did not think I had much of a hearing problem, but was having trouble hearing husband and I turned the TV up a few extra steps. Went to Hearing HealthCare of Wichita and Lonnie did a very extensive hearing test. I did get the hearing aids and they are GREAT. I had tried amplified versions and this is no comparison.
