Barb is very professional & very helpful. I am astounded at the sounds I can hear now. I LOVE hearing the birds outside. For the first time ever I heard a woodpecker!!!! Truly amazing!!!
I have their newest hearing aids and they are amazing. Voices are so crisp without picking up background noises. The west office at Ridge and 13th is super convenient for all the free service that comes with my purchase.

Friendly people and outstanding service. Lonny is very through and helped me understand what my hearing issues where and proposed multiple solutions. And after the sale they continue to provide great service and modifications as they are needed. I highly recommend them.
The first time I went in Lonnie spent a lot of time on my evaluation. He explained everything he was doing and what the testing showed. Once I tried on the aids I decided that day which aids I felt were best for me. They made a huge difference. These have made my life much more enjoyable. Lonnie and his team are very professional and make sure I am comfortable with my aids. I give them the highest review.
My husband has been going here for probably 10 or more years & I recently started going. We are very pleased...Lonnie always takes his time & makes sure everything is working to your satisfaction!! Highly recommend!!
