I have a pair of Signia hearing aids purchased from your firm that are currently under warranty. I recently had the ear retainer loop break. Its only purpose is to assist keepin the hearing aid receiver in the ear. I called to have it repaired. I was given times that it could bring it in for repair. I did so.
