Once again this place delivers! I wish every vendor I ever have to deal with was this responsive and helpful.
I was impressed how Pratt hearing is equipped to give their patients the best they can give. By investing in areas to maintain their hearing equipment for longer lasting and helping they're patients to hear better. They really care, that's how I felt.
I was really struggling with my phone and my hearing aides. I couldn't get them set up properly and my rheumatoid arthritis kept me from doing things properly. Brian was so helpful and didn't make me feel bad that I couldn't get them back working. Thank you very much. Cindi Watts
