I had a wonderful experince with my hearing aid specialist Maria Moreno and Jacqueline the receptionist is very helpful.Maria is very patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions. The Phonak EON are amazing they work very well when I'm in a restaurant.
At the beginning Maria estba en Kendal and unfortunately the WiFi didn't work properly and another appointment had to be setup. However, I don't know what ever happened in our second appointment since I couldn't see her, neither was I asked to give her a feedback on my hearing, while she was apparently adjusting them.
BEST HEARING AIDS I HAVE 4 DIFFERENT NONE WORKS THIS ONE YESSS!!
Maria.\, the specialist in their Coral Gables, office is a gem. Charming, professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She provided competitive pricing and continues to provide superb follow-up care. She is a credit to Hear Right USA
I was impressed by Maria Moreno's imaginative solution to my hearing problem by fitting me with the CROS system. I thought it was going to be the typical hearing aid fitting, but Ms. Moreno's experience, careful testing, attention to details and training really shone through in fitting me with a new hearing solution. Thank you, Ms. Moreno!!
