We love Dr. Miller! She's thorough and takes her time with her patients. Always makes sure she has answered all of my questions and concerns that I might have. The office staff has always been kind and courteous with us.
The nurse has gotten way to big for her britches, so to speak. My daughter almost permanently lost her hearing, because they just wrote off her 5 failed hearing tests, due to fluid in her ears. Mary said it "wasn't her fault." They have screwed up my son's ADHD medicine because they can't keep up with their records. One day, I recieved a prescription for another patient. I believe that is a HIPPA violation. Horrible customer service and inexperienced nurses. Stay away!
We have been with HSP since 2010. We were referred by my sister who has 3 girls and has been going to Mary since 2003. It is always a pleasure to see everyone in the office. It is truly a family atmosphere.
Megan is AMAZING! I would never trust my baby with anyone else.
I love all the folks at Healthy Steps, including Sara, Kara, and Mary. I feel like Sara is part of our family as we always catch up on what’s going on and I love her sincere inquiries. I give them all 5 stars!
