I was a patient here and NEVER will be again. In the midst of the COVID crisis I was yelled at for not wearing a mask (I was popping in to say hello) when nowhere was it posted that that was not allowed nor were masks available to parents who may have forgotten one. If asked kindly I would have happily grabbed the mask in my car. The true kicker was that the employee who was extremely rude to me was also NOT wearing a mask. Yesterday my sister and niece were treated DISGUSTINGLY by first, Meagan on the phone, and then Emily the nurse practitioner that she saw. Both my sister and 3 year old niece left in tears. God forbid you’d like to space out vaccinations, you’ll be treated like less-than and your child will be turned away for care. Find another Pediatrician Office, I do not recommend Healthy Steps.

We LOVE Healthy Steps. A friend from church referred us there. The staff is awesome. We see Dr Miller and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr Miller spends time with you and answers all 900 of my questions! 😊 My daughter loves her and actually listens to Dr Miller! She is very caring. I also like the fact that the clinic has walk in hours from 8-10 am. I’m so glad we found Healthy Steps!
