From start to finish Stephanie was great with communication. She was familiar and knowledgeable about the area and comparisons. The photos of the premise were very lovely and within a day or two we had some interested parties for showings. She got the sale closed faster than expected! Stephanie was amazing! We live out of town and she helped us find a place (multiple times... ) and made the closing process super efficient. Very responsive if I came across any questions and was able to talk me through the process. I highly recommend using her! Very professional, honest, and hard working. So lucky we had her expertise to guide us through this process.
An absolute fantastic person to work with. Always made time to assist in setting up showings and always on time. Very informative about all of the places we looked. Even When I came across a house she had all the info on it 10 minutes later. Went all the extra miles in the contract/closing stages to assist in all aspects. Can’t recommend her enough.
