Mikki and her team were wonderful! This was our first time selling a house, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were always available, either by phone, text or email. We felt confident that they had our best interests when selling our home. Mikki and her team were able to sell our house so quickly and for a price we were very pleased with! Mikki sold us our first condo in Wild Dunes in 2013. She sold us our second one in the fall of 2018. I refuse to use another realtor. She and her team are friendly, knowledgable, responsive and keep us well informed. I notice that she is marketing our first condo (needed to sell in order to buy the 2nd one) as premium content on Zillow. It's the only one listed as being "premium content" (which means that she is actively marketing that small condo, which would not be a huge commission).
