My experience with Elle was great! I viewed two houses with her and she showed up very well prepared with the history of the houses and all the particulars. Any question that Elle could not answer, she had the answer to within 24 hours. I couldn’t recommend Elle enough because she is really on your team in finding you your perfect home.

Elle was such a perfect real estate agent to choose. We were from out of state and she made the process smooth and easy. She is very calm and pleasant and helps the stressful process become a little less stress than it normally would be. She went above and beyond to find our dream home. We did EVERYTHING through facetime due to COVID and now are a month in our dream home and couldn't be happier. Katarina has been amazing through our entire home buying experience. We aren't from the area and need to move in a very short timeframe. Katarina did virtual tours for us, even in the pouring rain, and had everything organized and ready to show when we got to town. She is prompt with responses to our inquiries and went above and beyond to get last minute showings. We highly recommend Katarina if you are looking for a home in the Charleston area.

The team is top notch. We could not have had a better experience overall-- from searching for houses in the area to closing it was such a enjoyable, exciting process. Abby was amazing to work with! She was extremely informative and answered all of the questions we had while looking at homes in downtown Charleston. She also took great notes while we walked through each house. Once Abby helped us find the perfect home, she did everything that needed to be done promptly and made sure move in went as smoothly as possible.
