Her patience and knowledge in helping us find a home was amazing. She is extremely organized and quick to respond to our request. She is very professional and has a warm personality that made it easy to spend time with her looking for a second home. We felt she had our interest at heart and wanted us to be completely satisfied with the home we decided on. We would recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home.

I am not a person to give our "straight A's" unless earned. From day one when Shannon contacted me and said "I am your go to person and I will be the one to keep things on track" she did exactly that. She stayed on top of each step of the process and intervened in appropriate and tactful ways when needed to remind the appropriate person or company when an action was due or past due. I've bought and sold a good many homes in my life and Shannon is the best I've seen. Hap Hall

Moving anywhere and buying a home can be stressful. To top it off, moving to a different state and negotiating terms from afar can add more stress.
