Our closing was unnecessarily complicated by a government lending program. There were at least 6 extensions, involving pre-closing move-in, rent, multiple submissions of documents, delays for a variety of reasons. Purchased house in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, 2020. Stephanie was easy to work with, very professional, always on time, very responsive to phone calls, texts, or emails. We were very specific about the type of house we wanted, and the location, but she was able to find several for us to view. After we made an offer on a home, she stayed involved at every step all the way to closing. We would recommend her highly!
