I have worked with other real estate people and Sara McEvoy was by far the best. Moving from New York can be very stressful when looking for a house. She is very knowledgable about neighborhoods and houses on the market, but also understood my needs and wants. All this while I was still living in New York and the virus was upon us. Sara found me a rental to live in while looking for the perfect house -- she did both! Sara guided me through lawyers, inspectors and negotiations. She really is the best.
