Had an overheating issue with a PlayStation 5! Called and got it in (took 3 days to get it back ) but with the holidays it’s understandable !! Everything got pushed back a day atleast , so I’m very pleased , communication was great and we shall see how it holds up ! Communication was great !

Dropped off an Xbox for hdmi repair. And was told it would be about 4 days I. Reality didn’t get Xbox back for over a month. Was told the Xbox has a fan issue and would cost around 200 dollars to fix. Told them to close it and I would pick up. After picking up the Xbox I realized they took the hdmi port that they installed back out of the Xbox and did not put the old one back in basically stealing the part from my Xbox.
