This place is okay the previous D.O. Dr Jennifer Fichera-Macaluso is very much missed she was my pcp for over 12 years there is an office manager by the name of Maria Medrano she’s a lot very unprofessional and it’s condescending she wears bedroom shoes jeans and a tee shirt and she refers to me as mommy I know it’s going to take some getting used to but please if this Cano Health can just be a little more feel like a place where I can trust with my health I’d greatly appreciate it.
Entire staff is amazing. Very efficient and helpful. Maria is the best. First impression of Dr Carbello is wonderful. Took his time with us. Listened to us and asked questions. I believe we will be very satisfied with him.
Today was my first visit since my Dr Macaluso retired. I was a little nervous about seeing someone new, however, Ivana Perez-Cruz, APRN made me feel very relaxed. All of my visits to this office have always been pleasant and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.
