Such amazing customer service! Here we are after Hurricane Matthew and going on 33 hours with no power; no problem, they came to our house, picked up our freezer and are keeping it powered at their warehouse until our power comes back on Healthy Home Foods is about going the extra mile. Plus, they have been such a huge part of my 54 lb weight loss this year. Can't imagine life without them now. Recommend highly for everyone to have their services. You won't regret it!
Wonderful food. Wonderful delivery team. Terrible customer service/sales team. So disappointed that nobody ever followed up with us. It was convenient, but for the additional price, not worth it for us. Wish there was a package option for just meat. Hope another company starts with a different business plan. It was delicious meat and a good option to try for half a year, but again a disappointment in the end.
Getting our 2nd shipment in today yippeeeee!!!! Y'all have not had good meat until you have had HHF. My favorite, beefalo filet mignon. I have been craving it since we have been out. I am overly ectastic to eat this steak this weekend. And dealing with the nice professional staff makes this company all the better. Its more of a personal feel because they take the time to get to know you as customers. Awesome company amazing meats at an affordable price

Kathy is awesome! She follows up and makes sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. We had our food educator come out and took time with us and had a great presentation loaded with information. We were sold before we even tried the food! Once they did a sampling we were instantly hooked. Within less than 2 weeks our food order was delivered! I always hear back from Kathy within a day (usually it's within hours). Came to my house and did a presentation. Asked how much meat was per pound they could not answer me. Someone was supposed to get back to me from the office but never did.

I'm completely confused because this is not how we run our business...ever. I need to know who your food educator was and who you've been talking to. Call me or email me personally. I can't fix a problem without sourcing the issue.
