All I can say, Dr. Peterson listens to you, and talks to you personally. I have loved HF for many many years. My nurse practitioners both have retired, they were truly amazing also.
Dr. Peterson is an exceptional medical professional. His expertise and care have been unparalleled. However, I would rate his services five stars if his staff, particularly the nurses, need to be more attentive and responsive. It appears that there may be a lack of communication between the doctor and the nurses, resulting in unnecessary re-explanations and delays in patient care.
They are not a friendly doctors office. The nurses are especially rude.
They pretend to care.....
Used to care about his patience, but lately we are all just numbers and $$$ for his car habit
