Staff was amazing. Very professional. Sarah did my ultrasound and was so sweet and kind. Highly recommend.
This clinic is extremely suspicious. Patients are not permitted to bring a support person. They force patients to go in alone. A support person cannot even accompany them as far as the wiating room "because of limited space" even though when I visited the waiting room was empty. Medical professionals should not be allowed to insist that a patient is seen alone because it increases the potential for abuse and malpractice.
Is absolutely amazing! Worth every penny and more! They went out of there way to help me. They did amazing on the test results! I am so appreciative of there help!! I needed answers to my health and they were able to deliver! Thank you for your service!!
I contacted Healthview Medical Imaging by phone and email to request a quote for an MRI for my wife. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unpleasant. She initially told me the cost was $1100. When I asked for a written quote, she refused and stated that providing one was against their policy. Just terrible. First off, the reception/front desk person is atrocious. Absolutely maddeningly condescending. I expect this sometimes from public health situations but in a private clinic? No. Secondly, the incompetence of the communication between this office and NS Health is staggering. My poor mother who is housebound finally is able to get to this appointment only for them to say that they are missing a report they needed from NS Health and turned us away telling us they would have her rebooked within a week and it's bee... read more
