This place is top notch. Showed up a bit early after a long drive. The ladies in the front office were super nice. Everyone in the back was professional and very easy to talk to. If i could give them 10 stars i would, highly recommend.
I hope the administration will read my message to the end. I had a scheduled MRI appointmen at 3:30 PM for a foot injury that currently prevents me from driving. My pregnant wife, despite being physically exhausted and uncomfortable, drove me to the clinic because I am unable to drive myself. We arrived approximately 30 minutes early out of respect for the appointment time and in case any paperwork needed to be completed. Taken care of in about 2 weeks total from rough phone quote to last minute Xray Req to MRI scan to result. Quick service. All this while behind the scenes I had to struggle weeks with the public health system to obtain an MRI Req to replace the lost-in-paperwork CT Scan req from Kentville ER, try book an appointment to get a new req, find a site which could do a last minute xray, drive 140km to get the xray. And finally, drive the CD with images to the QE2 Infirmary to upload them to the system. Kudos to Healthview!
I am very disappointed with the way we were treated upon arrival this morning, My 17-year-old son, who was already nervous, had asked that I accompany him. I understand the facility is small and that typically only the patient is allowed inside. However, when the appointment was booked, I specifically confirmed with the staff member on the phone that I would be able to stay with him and they confirmed.
