I'm glad I came here Dr. Nelson at HealthSource of Prescott has helped me so much. He helped me feel better with just a couple of visits and then he fixed the actual problem. It has been great working with him. I'm glad I came here.

chiropractic methods are just wonderful Dr. Nelson of HealthSource of Prescott is the most natural and gifted Dr. I have met. His chiropractic methods are just wonderful. He will always have my business even if I do live in Colorado.

there is practically no pain The cold laser light on my injury miniscus really seemed to help a lot. After chiropractic treatments at HealthSource of Prescott there is practically no pain.

My back pain is non-existent I forgot what it was like to have a good nights sleep. My back pain is non-existent in the morning. Thank you, Dr. Nelson! Thank you, HealthSource of Prescott!

I want to thank the doctor and staff I want to thank the doctor and staff at HealthSource of Prescott for the professional work that they have done on me. When I came to them for help, I told them that I'd had about 25 surgeries in my life. I have a lot of problems from them all. They have done a great job with adjusting my joints and solving those problems. Thank you!

After only a few treatments my pain was almost gone I had moderate expectations when I decided to pursue some pain relief through treatments at HealthSource of Prescott. I had back pain and limited range of motion in my neck. After only a few treatments my pain was almost gone and my range of motion started to improve. I could go on and on about my great experience with Dr. Nelson and the family at HealthSource.

I have more energy and don't tire so easily I am 78 years old and have suffered from osteoarthritis, sciatica pain, neck and back pain. I could barely walk or stand for ver long. Since I started treatment at HealthSource of Prescott most of my problems have either greatly improved or disappeared completely. My sciatica pain is gone. I am able to walk much faster and further. In all I would say my life has changed greatly for the better. I have more energy and don't tire so easily.
