No pain I am no longer in pain. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to be out of pain.

Improved function and pain relief I was experiencing neck pain and back pain that was causing me more problems than I realized. I had just gotten used to the pain. HealthSource of Prescott helped alleviate the pain and the chiropractic adjustments allowed improved function.

2 mile walkin Guess what I just did? I did a 2 mile walk That's the first time I've been able to walk for that long in 3 years!

Much relief Dr. Nelson at HealthSource of Prescott has brought me so much relief. I love the staff and the beautiful, light spirit that is set when you walk into the office.

Something that works I came to see Dr. Nelson at HealthSource for my headaches. I was having them 3-5 days a week and they would last all day long. After chiropractic treatments they decreased to 1-2 times a week and eventually to none. I've finally found something that works in chiropractic care and specifically with HealthSource.

Thank you Dr. Nelson! For years I've had jaw popping that caused me lots of pain. My doctor recommended pain relievers but they only worked temporarily. Today, Dr. Nelson at HealthSource of Prescott adjusted my jaw and did some other chiropractic treatments with the muscles and my popping is gone! It feels really good to open my mouth without popping! Thank you, Dr. Nelson!

wonderful adjustments! I came to HealthSource with frequent and severe low back pain, bent over and walking with a cane. I tried ﾑpatch care' with occasional adjustments and using anti-inflammatories and analgesics which gave me minimal relief. Dr. Nelson recommended a treatment plan that included physical therapy and adjustments. I felt great after just 4-6 sessions. thank you for your time I first visited HealthSource when the pain in my right hip and leg became nearly unbearable. I was unable to stand up straight for more than a few seconds, or even stretch out in bed. Standing in front of the X-ray machine on my first visit was pure agony. feel better all around In the few weeks I've been in chiropractic care at HealthSource of Prescott I've been without tension in my neck, which is the first time in many years. I sleep better and feel better all around.
