I’ve became a sunrise patient 7yrs ago when I moved to the PNW. When Dr Chin left and multiple new churn of dentists came and went, I began looking for a new facility, but the ONLY reason I stayed was the superior support staff. Beautiful historic office and state of the art equipment with a friendly warm staff make you feel like part of the family. Dr Ganshert is easy going and you can feel her smile under her mask (Covid)! Katy is so gentle and superb! Ryan wraps things up nicely! I always smile as I walk out (of a dentist office)!!!

Recently moved to MN and needed to establish a new dentist, so this was my first time visiting at White Bear Dental. Came in to have my teeth cleaned and looked over by the dentist. This was all during COVID times. Each staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful, they were all wearing masks, gave plenty of space, helped check me in, and provided hand sanitizer. The appointment went smoothly! Plus, the inside is really updated and looks great. Definitely want to go back.

Yes it is! He is gentle, thorough and informative. Talks to you all through the process so you understand what he is thinking and looking at. Very good people skills and chair side manner. And you just have to Love the dental assistant as well. Great job and I will see you Friday. Might show up with Bev as well on Thursday.
Today I was seen by Courtney and Dr. Chin. Both were fantastic and very communicative. Dr. Chin gave me gold stars on my hygiene which was greatly appreciated! The service was in and out and my dental experience was a delight! Thank you both!
