I give the folks at New Image Dentistry very high marks. They are friendly, professional and I get the sense that they are incredibly up-to-date and knowledgeable. Walter Leeks seems to have a real passion for good dentistry and that makes me very reassured as a patient!
I had a long wait to schedule my first visit (a couple of months) but was thrilled the doctor could see me for an "emergency" appointment pretty quickly.
Great experience overall especially considering I had four fillings. I did not have to worry about insurance issues, which is nice. My appointment did need to be pushed out a bit, but no big deal. My only complaint is that the people working the desk did not greet me upon my coming or going. I was left standing at the counter for a while not knowing what to do next because they were either on the phone or using the computer. Excellent and very knowledgable staff, from the Receptionist to the Dentist. Warm and cozy environment. Everything was explained to me exactly the way I needed to hear it, and I was given options, which were limited at my previous dentist's office. I have already began to recommend Dr. Leeks to family and friends.
Dr. Walter Leeks and his staff are very professional, patient and friendly. All my experiences with this dental clinic have been outstanding.
Great office, great service-- I've never had a dentist that I actually like to see! I've never had a cavity and live in fear of the day when it happens, but not as much fear anymore as I know I'll be in good hands here.
Usually I regress into a 5 year old, but everyone in this office is a ROCK STAR. Therefore, my experience was anxiety free...I felt like family.
Very nice staff that is genuinely caring and friendly. Dr Leeks sets a great standard that everyone seems to live up to.
Always such a pleasant experience. Miranda is a great addition to your team!
