I am very pleased that Dr. Konen has adopted the process to have a crown procedure done with one visit. Since he purchased the hardware a couple of years ago, I have had 4 teeth prepped, a new crown milled at the office and placed with a single 2 hour appointment for each tooth. The detailing involved is amazing; plus all of the crowns fit and function perfectly. They continue to serve me well. The fourth crown was installed only yesterday morning!

I was raised in the era before patients and providers formed a partnership to approach a patent's care. What a wonderful approach that is taken at Downtown Dental in Baraboo, WI. Every finding,every option was explained to me in terms I could easily understand. Then the staff asked me to select the option that I wanted-- this office provides the best in state-of-the-art care by kind and caring staff members AND involves the patient in all decision making. The care is truly Excellent!

Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo is awesome! I actually enjoy going in for my dental appointments! When you arrive, they are very prompt and get you started right away. The staff is all very friendly, courteous, and professional... They make you feel appreciated. Even my kids liked going there. Once my daughter was grown and moved away, she continued to schedule her appointments at Downtown Family Dental rather than change to somewhere close to where she lived.
